3. What if a product is out of stock?
If something you ordered is out of stock, you won’t be charged for it. We do not substitute items by default, but you can opt in to substitutions during checkout. You can also leave notes for preferred brands or price ranges.
For example: If you ordered a specific kind of organic yogurt and it’s out of stock, we won’t send a different kind unless you checked “Allow Substitutions” during checkout and told us what you’d be okay with.

For example: If your order is scheduled for Thursday, April 10, you’ll need to contact us no later than Wednesday morning, April 9, to cancel.
-
We accept SNAP/EBT, Double Up Food Bucks, credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. If you're paying with EBT or Double Up, just note that in the comments box when placing your order.
For example: If you're using EBT, add a note like "Paying with EBT upon delivery" during checkout so our team knows to process your order accordingly.
-
Our three-tiered Fair Pricing System makes groceries more affordable based on your income. By becoming a member, you’ll unlock lower-tier pricing. To sign up, visit us in-store or contact us by phone or email if you’re a Columbia County resident.
For example: If you’re a local shopper earning a lower income, you could qualify for Tier 1 pricing—saving significantly on items like produce, meat, and pantry staples every time you shop.
